Getting in touch

Write to josiahturnq.dev@gmail.com. It is a small game run by one person, so replies take a day or two, but every message is read.

There is also a Discord, where players talk about the realm and ask each other for help.

I cannot log in

Your hero is tied to the name and password you signed up with, and the name is case-insensitive. There is no password reset yet — if you are locked out, write to us with the hero name and we will help.

The game will not load, or keeps disconnecting

Eldermyr is an online game, so it needs a connection at all times. If it hangs on the loading screen, close it and open it again. If it keeps happening, tell us what device you are on and roughly when it started.

Found a bug

Please report it. What you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead is enough — a screenshot helps. Fixes ship most days, and you can read what has changed on the release notes page.

Deleting your account

Open the hero select, choose Delete my account, and type your account name to confirm. Everything is erased immediately and cannot be recovered. Full detail is on the privacy page.

Patrons

Becoming a patron is a way to support the game. It gives a mark other players can see and nothing that helps in a fight. All payments are final and are not refunded. A monthly patronage can be stopped at any time from the link in the Stripe receipt, and the mark stays until the month you paid for ends. If the mark has not appeared within a few minutes of paying, write to josiahturnq.dev@gmail.com with the hero name and the receipt email.

Gems

Gems buy hero skins and home decor, and nothing that helps in a fight. The first 10,000 players get 200 extra gems and the Founder medal the next time they log in. All payments are final and are not refunded. If gems you paid for have not arrived within a few minutes, write to josiahturnq.dev@gmail.com with the hero name and the receipt email.
